This apartment complex has a great university atmosphere. Right across from UC's campus, it houses many undergraduates, graduate students, and professors. The appliances are all new and units come with a great washer and dryer. The security is great in both the building and the parking garage. I feel very safe as a female living alone. The community areas are nice, clean, and are wonderful additions.
